How to prepare

We put a medium pot to the heat, then put half a cup of vegetable oil and put the chopped onion and put the soaked beans and stir well, and add salt as desired.

We stir the onions and white beans well then add to them the pieces of meat that we boiled with a massif and stir with the white beans.

We put the boiled meat broth on the beans and add black pepper and spices and continue to stir well. Then we add the chicken broth cube, add two tablespoons of tomato paste, and simmer for a quarter of an hour. Finally we serve soup with white rice dish.

Half a kilo of white beans, soaked.

1 tablespoon of ground coriander.

Preparation method

We put the oil in an appropriate amount, add the chicken, marinated beans, onions and salt, and stir the ingredients well over medium heat.

We put a liter of hot water on the ingredients and leave it on fire for forty-five minutes.

And then we put a little bit of lemon juice on it. Finally, we put her on a plate and put a little coriander on her face for decoration and wellness.

A small cup of olive oil.

Onion, small size.

A tomato, cut into small pieces.

Quarter cup of lemon juice.

Garlic, crushed piece.

Half boiled white beans, boiled.

Salt, to taste.

Spices to taste.

How to prepare

We put the olive oil in a pot over medium heat, then add the onions and garlic and stir them together with the oil, and now we put the white beans that have been soaked and boiled to the mixture and a little salt and spices then add the chopped tomatoes and lemon juice and stir well. Leave the mixture on low heat for five minutes. Then they are served with a dish and decorated with a little green coriander.
